I don’t make cookies and cakes with nuts in them because my daughter has a nut allergy. But recently I was overtaken by the urge to make a really nice, soft peanut butter cookie. I do have a peanut cookie recipe in my favourite recipe book, but I wanted something super soft and chocolate-y, which that recipe isn’t. So some Googling around led me to this recipe.
I made a batch of them and took them into work because it made SO MANY cookies, and my husband and I couldn’t possibly eat them all.* The cookies are HUGE. HUUUUGGEEEEEE. And they are completely delicious. Basically, you need to make these ASAP.
