The Pop Culture Hour with Julia & Kimberley – Episode 4: Adaptations

Yay, The Pop Culture Hour with Julia & Kimberley is back!! We took a little hiatus while I was sunning myself in Hawaii in October, but we are BACK, BABY!

This month’s topic was suggested by a fan, so thank you very much, dear listener! It’s all about adaptations – books to movies, books to TV, movies to TV, etc. It was a topic where we found we had a LOT to talk about (as per usual), and our list of adaptations was pruned down significantly before we hit record.

We talk about a bunch of great (and some not so great) adaptations! Mockingjay, Harry Potter (spoiler alert: I can’t remember which movies I have and haven’t seen like a complete dope), Hannibal, Parenthood and much more!

So head over to Podbean, where we’ve moved our podcast hosting, and download the latest episode. You’ll also find episodes 1, 2, and 3 as well, so binge listening is completely encouraged!

We love to hear from our listeners, so tweet at myself or Kimberley to let us know what you thought, and what adaptations you love and hate!

Until next time!
